BRAIN/HEAD INJURY
Brain and head injuries can have a devastating impact on the victim and those around him or her. Head injuries are often associated with skull fractures. But a closed head injury can also cause severe problems with cognition and other brain functioning. Brain damage can also result from bleeding into the brain tissues including subdural and epidural hematomas, strokes and aneurysms. It is extremely important that healthcare providers properly diagnose and treat patients presenting with potential brain and head injuries.
These types of cases are frequently very complicated and require expert witnesses to explain them to a jury.
Mr. Haas is experienced in both communicating with his clients as well as the expert witnesses.
